Biography
Hey, I'm Nicole Hulsey, Co-Founder & CEO, Operations, Training & Systems at Crescentia®.

I got my start at Louis Vuitton and The Ross Group, two environments where the margin for mediocrity was zero. That's where I learned what it actually takes to run something at the highest level, and where I first became obsessed with infrastructure.
​
Most agencies fail because they didn't choose the right people, and then never built the systems to support the ones they got right. That's my job. I oversee the team day-to-day, train the people who carry our standard forward, and maintain the resource connections that keep every account moving.

My sister and Co-Founder, Sheila, and I built this agency on one belief: great work only scales when the people and operations behind it are as strong as the ideas in front of it. She leads influencer and affiliate strategy; our Senior Social Media Manager, Lauren, leads social media; and I make sure the right people are in the right seats and the engine underneath runs smoothly.

That's the real test of leadership. Anyone can hold a small team together on instinct. What separates companies that scale from those that stall is whether the person at the top is still choosing well, training well, and solving the unglamorous problems at 10x the size.

We don't just go the extra mile. We build the roads other agencies haven't thought to pave. This isn't a job for me; it's a calling.

Hobbies:
Animals, especially my chinchillas. Educating myself on new topics in self-improvement. Biohacking and longevity.
